Well first of all you need to secide- Am I the kinda girl that likes to look pretty and feminine, or am I the more practical type, that prefers a more sleek and sophisticated look? This season offers fondant colours and sugar coated prettiness for you girly-girls. Ice cream and pastel shades in floaty fabrics ( think Timotei girl). The picture from Miss Selfridge shows the delicate and feminine Spring look.
In contrast, there is the military or utility trend that is both hardwearing and chic. Key items are the parka, military jacket, chinos and cargo/ combat trouser. Layer khakis and neutrals and wear them with lace up boots.
